I'm Tired

Proverbs 30
“I am weary God, but I can prevail. Surely I am only a brute, not a man; I do not have human understanding. I have not learned wisdom, nor have I attained to the knowledge of the Holy One. Who has gone up to heaven and comedown? Whose hands have gathered up the wind? Who has wrapped up the waters in a cloak? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is his name, and what is the name of his son? Surely you know!
Observation (who’s speaking, & to whom. In your own words, what is God saying?
This is a proverb written by Agur son of Jaheh… It describes itself as an “inspired utterance”
God is saying:
“Men, all of you will have times, frequent times of weariness… the world isn’t going to be an easy place for you… so get over it… once you do realize these times of fatigue are normal, you won’t have to feel bad about yourself…Look, I’m telling you it’s ok to feel overwhelmed at times… accept it as the normal part of life.. then you will find strength in Me.
Remember, the more you follow my commands, the more your living will be righteous (“right-wise”). Look I’ve told you in advance that right-wise living generates prosperity.
Who are you young man? Are you God? Since you know you are not, you have taken the first step toward wisdom. I’m the One that created the universe and the laws that govern gravity as well as those that govern success in life. So follow my commands as you would follow the laws of gravity, live “right-wisely” and according to my Word, just as you would obey and not disregard the law of gravity as you walk cliffs by the sea.
Recognition of God’s power and your (my) station is the beginning of wisdom, for then you will revere and fear the Lord first!”
